For reasons that are very near and dear to my heart, all of my recipes are free of animal products. Instead I use quality plant-based and mostly organic ingredients.

Why I choose to follow a vegan lifestyle: For my health; to end the violence, exploitation and mass-slaughter of farm animals; to stop the devastating impact animal agriculture has on world hunger, our wildlife, climate and environment; for peace...

I would absolutely love to answer any of your questions and help those of you who are interested in embracing this wonderful lifestyle.
